Growing Wild Forest School is proud to offer year-round all-outdoor programming for young learners. Each summer we offer day camp sessions for ages 3-6 from 8:30 am - 1:30 pm Monday through Friday at our campus in West Asheville.
*Please note that all children must be fully potty trained to attend camp.
Tuition is $375/week. Summer camp deposits and tuition are non-refundable.

We will engage with our weekly themes through songs, stories, games and crafts. Campers will have time for abundant free play on our wooded campus and enjoy daily splash time.

Step 1: Apply ​​
--> All enrolling families MUST have created a Brightwheel Account prior to accessing the Summer Camp 2026 week/s selection. If you have never enrolled with Growing Wild before, please first submit an "Enrollment Application" + create your account with our billing + enrollment system by clicking the following link:

*Please note that all new students will need to pay our one time $25 application fee. Once your child is in the system, you will not have to pay this again for any of our programs.
​
**Families who are new to Growing Wild are strongly encouraged to attend an Open House with their child prior to attending Summer Camp. Open House sign up.

CAMP 2026 REGISTRATION OPENS FEBRUARY 2ND, 2026
On the morning of 2/2/26, the following link to register for week/s of camp will become live:

(please note that you MUST complete an enrollment application prior to accessing the week/s signup. You may access this application at any time. Completing your enrollment application prior to Feb 2nd will expedite signup)

Camp registrations will be confirmed by email within a week of application submission.
Step 2: Deposits
After your application has been accepted, we will confirm your schedule in an email and invoice you a non-refundable deposit for each week enrolled to hold your child's space. These deposits will be due by 2/27/26. The deposit is equal to 50% of your total invoice, and will be applied to your tuition for each week enrolled. Your space is not guaranteed until this deposit is received! Thank you for your patience as we will be manually processing applications as they come in.

Step 3: Forms and Invoices
In April, we will send all families an email directing them to their forms and tuition invoices in Brightwheel. Tuition may be paid between that date and April 30th. All forms must also be completed within that time period.
​
Because our space is limited and demand is high, your tuition must be paid in full by 4/30/26 or your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. Again, deposits are non-refundable, so be sure you have paid your tuition in time to keep your spot! Tuition is non-refundable.
